I think I’m in love. I had to step in about 37,000 donkey apples to get this shot. But look at those ears! Sigh.
I could be wrong but I think the dreadlocks on this donkey make it a Baudet de Poitou, also known as the Poitou Donkey, or the Mammoth Donkey. Originating from western France region, Poitou, this rare, endangered breed is very affectionate.
“Hey, Rastahmahn! No donkey, No cry!”
He’s got it all. Good personality, pretty rasta coat, and those ears.
His pals came over, cautious, but flirting with their own big beautiful ears.
Don’t you just want to reach through the computer screen and smooch these fellas?
