"Sigh.  Life's just not fair." You may be wondering why Loki is sulking like a child whose mom is making him leave Disneyland before he gets to ride Space Mountain . . . for the tenth time.

This past weekend we celebrated Loki's sixth year with us and his seventh birthday.  I could live three lifetimes with Loki and it wouldn't be long enough to truly understand the complexity of his emotional and behavioral make-up.

It's beautiful, sunny, shorts and short-sleeve weather in March. It must be California. There's our boy, caught between his two favorite bitches.
